The 20 Year Study: Cleaning vs. Smoking
In 2018, researchers at the University of Bergen in Norway published the results of a massive two decade study in the American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine [1]. The researchers tracked over 6,000 participants to understand how exposure to domestic and occupational cleaning products affects respiratory health over time.
The findings were alarming, particularly for women. The study concluded that women who regularly used cleaning sprays, whether at home or as professional cleaners, experienced an accelerated decline in lung function.
To put the severity of this decline into perspective, the researchers compared the damage to a well known health hazard. They found that the loss of lung capacity in these women was equivalent to smoking 20 cigarettes a day over the same 20 year period [2].
Why Does This Happen?
The experts attribute this decline to the harsh chemicals found in many commercial cleaning agents. These substances are often volatile organic compounds and strong irritants. When you spray a conventional cleaner, tiny chemical droplets become suspended in the air.
As you breathe, these droplets enter your airways. Over time, the researchers theorize that these irritating agents cause inflammation in the sensitive mucous membranes lining the lungs, leading to structural and tissue damage [3]. Day after day, year after year, this repeated micro trauma accelerates the natural decline in lung function that occurs with age.
The Problem with Traditional Sprays
The method of application plays a huge role in this risk. Spray bottles aerosolize chemicals, making them incredibly easy to inhale. The Environmental Working Group, a non profit organization dedicated to protecting human health, specifically advises consumers to avoid spray cleaners for this exact reason [4].
Furthermore, many conventional cleaners contain complex cocktails of synthetic fragrances, ammonia, bleach, and harsh surfactants. These ingredients are designed to aggressively cut through grease, but they do not discriminate when they come into contact with delicate human lung tissue.

The scientists behind the University of Bergen study advised avoiding these harsh chemical products altogether. But keeping your home clean does not have to come at the expense of your lung capacity.

While you still use a spray bottle to apply the dissolved solution, you are spraying a gentle, water based mixture rather than aerosolizing a cocktail of industrial grade chemicals. 但具体情况很重要。你不会直接用一片干燥的清洁片来打扫家里。正确的用法是：将一片3.2g的清洁片溶于500ml清水中。溶解后，活性成分的浓度会大幅降低。最终得到的是一种稀释后的表面清洁剂，虽然不是专为皮肤接触设计的产品，但在日常清洁过程中偶尔接触到稀释液，与直接接触干燥清洁片完全是两回事。
稀释比例
一片清洁片，加500ml清水
比例：1 : 156（清洁片 : 水）
浓度：0.64% w/w（重量/重量）
每升含量：6.4 g/L 清洁成分
清洁片重量：3.2g 溶于 500ml 水中
瓶中不到1%的成分来自清洁片本身，其余都是水。
浓缩清洁片与稀释溶液的对比
一片3.2g的清洁片溶于500ml清水后，以下是主要成分的实际浓度情况。
椰子硫酸酯（SCS）
这是我们采用的植物基表面活性剂，负责去除油脂和污垢。在500ml稀释溶液中，SCS的浓度约为0.118%。
作为参考：牙膏中表面活性剂的含量通常在0.5%至2.0%之间，免洗护肤乳液的配方浓度一般不超过1.0%。我们稀释后的喷雾远低于这些水平。不过，它终究是一种清洁产品，而非护肤品，不适合长时间或反复接触皮肤。

柠檬酸

碳酸钠
俗称纯碱，能使水的碱性增强，从而有效分解污垢。在500ml溶液中，其浓度约为0.13%，远低于通常认为偶发皮肤接触安全的10%阈值。但在浓缩状态下，它具有刺激性，不可随意处理。
硫酸镁
与泻盐同属一个矿物质家族。在稀释溶液中的浓度仅为0.028%，属于微量存在，在此浓度下无需担忧。
家有小孩的注意事项
我们的清洁片有两个版本：一款带有笑脸图案，一款没有。我们很喜欢笑脸设计，但我们也知道，任何带着表情的东西，在小手和好奇的嘴巴眼中，都会变得更有吸引力。
如果家中有幼儿，我们建议选择普通款（无笑脸），减少可能让孩子觉得"这个看起来好好玩"的视觉提示。无论哪款，所有清洁片都应存放在儿童够不到的地方，保持干燥，远离食物。无论外观如何，它们都不可食用。
使用清洁片的注意事项
干燥状态的清洁片是浓缩产品，请按照相应的标准处理。
取用时保持手部干燥。湿手会立即开始溶解清洁片，导致浓缩清洁成分残留在皮肤上。
取用后触摸脸部或眼睛前，请先洗手。
远离儿童和宠物。它们看起来有趣，闻起来香，但它们不是食物。
请勿吞食。清洁片在任何形式下都不可食用，无论是稀释后还是原片。
若清洁片不慎接触眼睛，请立即用清水冲洗数分钟。

这是什么产品？

一片清洁片有多大？
约18mm x 8mm，重3.2g。小到可以轻松放入几乎任何标准喷雾瓶的瓶口。
一片清洁片能配出多少清洁液？
1片 = 500ml（标准浓度）。如果你日常只是轻度擦拭，也可以加到750ml，稀释度会更高一些。
可以清洁哪些表面？
大多数硬质表面都适用：厨房台面、浴室表面、瓷砖、上漆木材、不锈钢、玻璃等。如果是娇贵或未经处理的表面（如未上漆的木材或天然石材），建议先在不显眼的小区域测试一下。
产品有杀菌或抗菌效果吗？
没有，这是我们有意为之的选择。我们不使用杀生物剂或强效抗菌化学物质。我们的清洁剂专注于去除油脂、污垢和积垢，让你轻松擦净表面，同时不会助长抗生素耐药性，也不会留下刺激性化学残留。
混合与使用
用温水还是冷水？
两种都可以。温水溶解更快，冷水也完全没问题，只是需要多等一会儿。
溶解需要多长时间？
通常需要15至30分钟，具体取决于水温以及你摇晃的幅度。
如何配制清洁液？
1. 将1片清洁片放入瓶中。
2. 加入500ml清水。
3. 拧上喷头，轻轻摇晃，静置至完全溶解。
4. 喷洒后正常擦拭即可。
清洁片有保质期吗？
将干燥的清洁片保存在原包装中，放置于阴凉干燥处，保质期可长达2年。加水溶解后，建议在6个月内使用完，以保持最佳清洁效果和香味。如果某瓶清洁液已经放了很久，建议倒掉冲净瓶子，重新放入一片新的清洁片。
喷头堵塞或出现异常怎么办？
用温水冲洗喷头内部。喷头用久了难免会有残留堵塞，这是所有品牌和所有瓶子的通病。用温水快速冲一冲，通常就能解决问题。
气味会一直留着吗？
会有一点，尤其是在同一个空间频繁使用的情况下。它的目的不是给整个家增添香气，但你可能会慢慢注意到一股清新淡雅的气息（佛手柑、柠檬和柠檬草）。
安全与环保
清洁片对宠物和孩子安全吗？
稀释后的清洁喷雾非常温和，偶尔接触家中表面没有问题。但干燥状态的清洁片浓度较高，必须妥善存放，放在儿童和宠物完全够不到的地方。
注意：我们的清洁片有笑脸款和普通款两种。如果家中有幼儿，建议选择普通款（无笑脸），避免它们看起来像糖果。它们绝对不可食用。
产品是纯素且无动物实验认证的吗？
是的。我们只使用植物基和矿物质成分，不进行动物实验，产品中也不含任何动物源性成分。
为什么清洁片对环境更友好？
传统清洁喷雾约有95%的成分是水。我们只运输浓缩在小小3.2g清洁片中的活性成分，大幅减少了包裹的重量和体积，降低了碳排放。你还能重复使用自己的瓶子，彻底告别一次性塑料瓶的浪费。
可以使用家里已有的喷雾瓶吗？
当然可以！这正是我们的初衷。只需确保放入 n.a.k.e.d 清洁片之前彻底冲洗干净，避免不同清洁产品混合在一起。
